Home > About the Department > Endowments and Fellowships > Plant Pathology Library Endowment  Plant Pathology Library Endowment The Department has the last remaining official Plant Pathology Library in North America. It is an official branch of the University of Minnesota Library system, not a "reading room." The existence of the Plant Pathology Library Endowment made it possible to keep, modernize and expand it in the 1980's. However, this trust fund lacks sufficient capital to fully support our partnership with the University Library system. Interest from other endowments has been used to support our library. Thus, the Plant Pathology Library is a high priority.
