Justin Stanton Offered Position With Bayer Crop Science
Congratulations to graduate student Justin Stanton who received a job offer from Bayer Crop Science as a "Graduate Scholar" in Champaign Illinois. This position is designed to be 2-3 years long and give new hires/graduating master students an introduction to the company and have an opportunity to manage their own field trials. Stanton will start in mid-May, and he will be helping other station scientists with their trails on a range of pest management systems in corn and soybean.
"I'm really looking forward to starting this job and am still working hard on the final stages of my thesis," says Stanton. For all of those wondering, I intend on having my thesis done shortly and return to defend this summer when my committee can all gather."
