Crystal Floyd

My research involves the biology and management of fungal pathogens of field crops in Dr. Dean Malvick’s lab. My work has focused on root and stem pathogens of soybean, foliar corn diseases, and the diagnosis of soybean and corn diseases in the field. Some of my recent work has included sudden death syndrome, brown stem rot, Diaporthe stem canker, and root rots of soybean, as well as tar spot of corn.
