Chanda honored with Early Career Award at North Central APS Meeting

The North Central Division of the American Phytopathological Society (APS) honored Dr. Ashok Chanda with the Early Career Award at the 2022 division meeting, in recognition of his contributions to Sugarbeet Pathology Research & Extension and his service to APS at the division and national levels. Chanda serves as Assistant Professor and Extension Sugarbeet Pathologist and is based at the Northwest Research & Outreach Center in Crookston, Minnesota.

The meeting was held in Lincoln, Nebraska from June 21-23, 2022, and was attended by a number of participants and presenters from the Department of Plant Pathology.
