After a long hiatus due to the pandemic, our graduate students were once again able to resume their bi-annual camping trip. Students spent the night at Father Hennepin State Park on the shores of Mille Lacs Lake. The highlight of the trip for many was an impromptu mushroom foray where they practiced their mushroom ID and foraging techniques.
